Bad service

I was at Edgars store in sandton yesterday and i lost my phone in the store i asked the security to search the lady that went to fitting room after me but i was told that they cant do that, when i explain to the manager he told me that its not stuff who took the phone and i asked them to check in cameras they told me they cant the person that sent me to them is wrong, i asked them for my IMEI NUMBER so that i can go to morning side police station same time i was given the wrong IMEI, i want to know service is that and why do they have those cameras there, the manager didn't help me with anything, the stuff at list tried to ask me if the phone is insured.
