I placed an order for a Levis Watch on 6 December 2013. The watch was a gift for my godchild. I realized that it may not arrive in time for Christmas and that I would probably receive it either late in December or early in January. I advised the child's mom.By the second week of January (a month after placing the order) I queried the order telephonically. I was advised that the order was delayed and that I should be patient. I also sent two emails to the [Email Removed] address. To date I have received no response. Lovemore Dube assisted me in receiving another order which I had placed at a later date. I received that order with his assistance. I queried the Levy Watch with him, however I can only assume that he is only mandated to deal with the previous wicount that I had outstanding as all emails that he has responded to me refer to the other wicount (which I have received). The outstanding wicount expires tomorrow and I am still no closer to even receiving an acknowledgement from wicount, much less any undertaking to deliver the item to me. I do not have time to phone and email the company continuously (not that that has worked). Frustrated and disappointed.
