My wife ordered a watch that was suppose to be a Christmas present on 3 December 2012. The ETA was 15 days. After the watch was not delivered, on 21 December we were informed that the order number and payment to the importer was incorrect, and we had to wait until next year. This is not a mistake made by myself, but by Watch Central. The message stated that orders will be going through on the 2nd of January, and should be delivered by the 6th of January.
From 2 January we've been trying to phone Watch Central but had no answer. We've also sent them email with no response.
It is now the 14th of January, and there is still no response. Don't make any orders to them since it appears that they don't exist. This is utter bad service. We are highly disappointed and will take matters further.
