Insurance Claim declined

I bought a phone in July. My initial plan was to give it to my son, but I kept it and have been using it hoping to give it to him in December. It is unfortunate that I lost this phone before I could hand it over to him. I went to report my phone missing and all the necessary documents were sent through to the insurance people by a consultant at the Dobsonville branch of Markham. I am saddened that now my claim has been declined on claims that the phone was in my son's name. I want to know who and where does it say that my phone was with my son. I do not have a phone at the moment because I was waiting for the insurance which I have been paying well every month. I have sent through all documents to my lawyers and have also decided not to wait for them to get to the bottom of this issue. I want what I have been paying for.
