Where do i start.
The website is useless - you try to add things to your basket, which doesn't work for more than one item. you phone the call centre and get told that because you have internet explorer (which by the way, the majority of people work from), there is a problem with the system and you are unable to order. How about you tell potential clients this BEFORE they buy vouchers for your website and/or register on your website.
Secondly, when speaking to the call centre - now on numerous occasions - their phone line is crackling and you cannot hear a thing. i am on a landline which i never have problems with, once i tell the staff memeber that i cannot hear them, they move around and after a few mins (on my account) they find a clear spot - finally now able to finish the conversation with a now VERY frustrated client.
And Lastly - dare there be another issue - i emailed the supervisor with a query - and it takes them DAYS to get back to you. and when they do, you still do not ge the answer to your actual question - they rather just ship you something to read - how about some customer service!!!
What a rubbish website and service from a originally promising retailer.
