Order cancelled prior to delivery, still no refund

I placed an order on 29/08/2013 and paid via credit card. On saturday morning i called to discuss the delivery and where it would go. After a lengthy telephonic discussion i decided to cancel the order. It was confirmed that the courier would then not deliver and return the item to the branch so i can be refunded.

What actually happened was that the item was delivered to a tenant in my complex on 02/09/2013 while i was at work. Not only did they not follow the instruction to cancel the order, they even gave my parcel to a stranger who only brought it to my attention on Tuesday morning. Since this i have sent several emails to the [Email Removed] from the 01/09 querying what was going on. The people doing the order did not tell the courier to cancel the order but rather to deliver it after 5 on the 2nd. All this was discussed on a single phone call on saturday 31/08 which ended in me cancelling the order. The latest email (04/09/2013 @ 14:37) advised that the couriers would contact me for collection of the parcel. I have still not been contacted and it is already a week now that i have paid for something that should not have even been delivered. This was my 1st purchase and last.
