Customer not notified if script's last repeat

On more than 2 occasions, the latest incident was this morning where I call to order my medication and get told that morning that my repeats on my script has run out. It is Friday and very difficult to get my specialist in his rooms on a Friday. I had to phone his receptionist and ask her to fax through a script. Dischem won't give me the medication and wait for the script, regardless of the fact that i'm a customer there for many years and that it is a normal prescription for me. It is not a schedule 5 drug. I have Level 4 endometriosis and if I don't take my Nur Isterate when i'm supposed to it can cause serious damage to my organs. My problem is that they create a certain expectation then they just don't fulfill it. I'm very dissappointed.
