On June 21 I sent through my script for my chronic medication and received a sms to confirm receipt of my script.
a week later on June 28 I called to follow up as I had not received my medication, only to find out that my script had not even been processed, in fact there system showed that I had not submitted a script since 2012.
I was reassured that they would make it a priority to send out my medication and that I would receive it on June 29, latest July 1st. I was also promised that I would receive a phone call later on the 28th to inform me as to the status of my inquiry.

This of course did not happen. I called again on 1 July only to discover that my script had not been processed, and that I could expect my medication "earliest' 5 July.

This is unacceptable and I demanded to speak to someone senior in order to get this sorted out. I was duly informed that all senior personal where in a meeting. However I was promised that "someone senior" would call me during the course of the day of 1 July.

I called again on 2 July to be told the same story, when I insisted on speaking to someone on the spot I was asked to hold and was promptly cut off.
