Ebucks points not processed

I had vouchers and handed them to the cashier along with my ebucks card when purchasing some stuff,
then he said that only vouchers are okay, the fore I assumed that the information gathered from the vouchers would be used to get me my ebucks points to find out that I did not get any points. I asked them (makro) to advice because I need my ebucks points, even if it means returning the stuff I bought. NO respond till today
