Script in the bin

I handed in my script I received from the Doctor on Friday morning, 27th September, to collect later that afternoon. The person who received the script must have handed it to a person that has no empathy or sympathy for patients (SIMONE LAMPRECHT) who threw my script into the bin and just did not care what happens to me. Tried talking to the manager who also had a don't care attitude who left me standing and begging for my medication and causing me such an inconvenience. The Saturday morning I had to call and beg for my medication again and only received my medication at 10.30

Now that I am well I can't believe after 2 weeks, not even an apology was received. Really not happy with the service and attitude I received. I didnt expect this from them
