UNACCEPTABLE

I submitted a repeat script to Dischem princess crossing the repeat was for 6 months, once again like many times before this it was not loaded as a repeat, and they said because it was a faxed copy (I asked them to deliver) they cannot help me again they need the original, this was never explained innitialy, the other problem I have with this, is that this has never ever been an issue before, I always sent through the script and get the repeats at any dischem.

This was the last time that I have ever used DIschem dubble standards is simply unacceptable it creates false impressions with the consumber, as they aren't aware of the prosedures. Now I have to again get another script from the doctor and my medication is FINISHED!!! they are down right incompetant and rude and they don't try and assist AT ALL!!!

I will be going back to Clicks pharmacies from now as I only changed to get Dischem points but it is not worth the hassle i have only ever had good service from Clicks Pharmacies!!!
