Pharmacist not giving Prescription Medication

I went to Clicks in Salt Rock Ballito Durban on Friday with a script for my mom. My mom has been using this medication for years. I have gotten tis same medication from other Clicks before and according to this Pharmavist the dosage is to high. If the dr prescribes it who is she to query it. Let mewait for hours till she gets hold of the dr. She did not get hold of the dr she refused to give me the full amount o the prescribe dosage. No 2 if one clicks refuses a script like this this should be the same at other branches. She also wrote on my prescription that I paid for that I can't even take the script to another pharmacy now to get the full amount. Who is she to make notes like that on my script that I have paid for.
