Script lost

My mom handed in a repeat script for some medication she takes every month. Clicks denies the fact that she handed in this script and claims to have no record of it. Obvious mismanagement by clicks, as she did hand in the script and can supply the necessary medical records from her doctor that proves this.

Totally unacceptable!!!
