Incredible Connection
Account settled, yet money still gets debited

Seeing as Hi Finance does not respond and I bought stuff from this supplier, I`m logging my complaint here.
My account was settled on the 8 of Feb 2013, yet I still got debited an amount of R311. It`s 20 days to update all your systems. I have also seen that I`m not the only person this has happened to. I also tried phoning 086 010 4664, no answer. How can you debit my bank account on a settled account???
