BAD CUSTOMER CARE ATTITUDE

There is something i will NEVER understand about retail stores.
Its just after 17h00 on a Friday afternoon (which to me is PRIME shopping time) and Game Menlyn has about 4 tellers open... FOUR tellers!! Does this make any sense?
And then there are Game staff members standing around and chatting while customers have to stand in long queues to buy one or two items? This is ridiculous!

Please can someone look into better staff planning so that there can be more tellers open in peak times?
