Pathetic Serv Delivery! No Wcard 2months late

I opened an woolworths account more than 2 months ago, the temp card has expired already, I logged a quiry online, the responce was Woolworths will reply within 24hrs, its 7 days later and still no sms, email or call from woolworths, yet I get the read reports! Why does no-one get back to a client!! I've been to the store countless times to get my woolies card cause I was told a week or 2 then go to the branch nearest to you and collect your card, still everytime I get there I go home empty handed. A waist of my time and very expencive petrol!!! I'm grosly dissapionted in woolworths, they advertise to be the best but their standards have crashed! And by looks of how many other complaints there are here it is yet again convermation to me that woolwothless has faild their customers!!! Let's see who will make the effort to contact me, go on... Here's to wishing you'll prove me wrong!
