I thought WW had a policy on exchanges, but apparently the "designer" labels do not fall into this category. I tried to exchange 2 items from the Trenery collection that were too small for my husband. I was told at Customer Services that I had to go the the Trenery counter as they (CS) could not do the transaction. Why? The main till was able to TAKE my money when I purchased the items and I bought it FROM WW. At the Trenery counter a refund was refused, even though I explained that there were no items I could choose in exchange as none of the sizes fitted. This was simply met with a shrug. My husband then got mad and suddenly it was all ok and I got the refund. Surely all WW merchandise should be subject to the same rules?
