Yesterday, the 27th of February 2013 I was a bit hungry, so colleague and I went to Pick 'n Pay located in Durbanville in the DeVille Centre. We both bought a green salad, and she opted for a chicken salad, while I had some calamari from their hot food section. We went back to work and ate our salad, but when I proceeded to eat the calamari I noticed it was a bit over cooked. I ate a little more but the calamari left a funny taste in my mouth so I decided not to eat it further. I had to drink water to try and get the taste out of my mouth that left me nauseous. About 20 minutes later, my stomach felt a bit funny and proceeded to the bathroom. I was very uncomfortable and will not divulge as to how unpleasant that food made me feel. Looking back, I had ate nothing strange except the calamari (It was not the salad that made me sick, as my friend who had the same salad was not ill). Needless to say my trip home in a taxi was a nervous one. From the taste, to the digesting of that calamari, it would be in my best interest to stay away from Pick 'n Pay in general because this not the first time their fish was eatable. This experience was very embarrassing for me, and I would think also
