Home Choice has no knowledge of Customer Service!

I received a phone call from a PVT number, The lady on the phone said she was from home choice and that she was calling regarding my account, I asked her what the reason was for her calling as it is not the end of the month yet and my due date to pay the account had not come by yet, She then went on raising her voice and telling me that she will call me when ever they wan't. I had not received her name and it was a pvt number.

This is not the first or second time this has happened.

I wish i had never bought from homechoice as since i have i have had endless problems.
