Ad attitude from in store staff and management

To Whom it may concern,
Staff and management refused to admit that sweets on shelf was discoloured, smelt awful and tasted rotten as a result ignored my complaint for a week, eventually i purchsed the last 14 pkts of sweets from the store just to get it off the shelf as they refused to remove the product and insisted on still selling it to innocent comsumers.

Disgusted with how my complaint was handled or should i say "not handled"
