Went into store to get 3 for 2 Lindt special. Rack was empty, but I noticed closd boxes of same next to a pillar. with nobody to help, I opened a box, packed the shelf, and left the empty box in the aisle. Another customer and my wife took what we need and went off to the till. I went to find someone to explain what I had done so that they could remove the box and re-fill the shelf properly. I eventually found Olivia. Expecting she woud re-fill, and remove the boxes, my wife suggested I get more. But nobody had bothered. I again approached Olivia who then had a go at me because although she was not busy her staff were!! Shocked at this I sugesed that I would take it further. This didnt sit well with her, and she ambled off to discuss me with a collegue - under their breath. I didnt bother to take more. As I lett th store, Olivia and her mate watched me go, but were NOT going to refil the shelf or remove the boxes - wasnt going to happen!! She should appologise for this - her demenour was less than satisfactory, considering I was trying to help!! And I am not her subordinate, but her customer!!
If this is how you staff Clicks, you have a serious problem.
