I bought a telkom mobile internet device on wednesday 9 October from CNA village mall in harteb. When I wanted to use it I could not because the assistant named Grace did not Rica the sim. I went back the following day to get it done. After it was Rica'd I tried to recharge the device, I used 3 different methods each time phoning the 8ta helpline for assistance with no luck. I went back to the store on Saturday 12 October to return the device, again Grace assisted me, she refused to return the device eventhough she also phoned 8ta and they told her to refund me for the faulty device. After 3 hours she agreed to exchange it but refused to rica the device.By this time my daughter took a packet of milky sweets from the shelve and started eating it. My husband was not aware of this and I left the store with her, I already forgot about the sweets. My husband left the store shortly after that and was stopped by security accusing him for the sweets. While this was going on I remembered about the sweet and returned to the store to pay for it. Grace informed me that she told security to arrest my husband for it. I told her that she acted wrongfully as he did not even know about
