Extremely bad attitude and unfairly treated

Purchased goods, security that does the check at door sleeping, when passing through. Once I reached my vehicle security took the goods and refused to give back. Called the manager and the manager Luke refused me to take the purchased and refunded my money. Sending me away without the goods and npt even reasoning with me to what had happened between me and the security gaurd.
