Good day, I was appalled and disgusted when I visited the your Ballito store at the Life Style Mall today, Monday 16th September 2013. I visited the store in the hope of purchasing a pair of soccer socks for my son. When I opened the first packet, I found that it had been used and put back on the shelf. I opened four other packets and ALL of them had been clearly used and then returned to the store, and shockingly the store had taken them and put them back on the shelf.

The sales person and the store manager both looked and smelt the socks, which clearly had a sweat smell.

This is disgusting, if I had not opened the packet to check the size, I would have purchased a used pair.

Again I am utterly disgusted at behavior of the store, who knows what else on the shelf is used.

I shall never buy from them again.
