Hi

There had only one person serving the customers at the pay point and he had a customer for an exchange it took long, then he called on some lady for assistance I forgot the name but the surname I recall its Dladla. When she was called for assistance she went at the back for quite some time, if i can be exact she took 15-20 minutes to assist us . she came with an attitude without an apology. What kind of customer services is that?
