40 Mins In Customer Service Queue & No Assistance!

I only get an hour lunch and wanted to sort out something at the customer services department and do some shopping as well. I waited 40 minutes in the queue and still no assistance. They have 5 computers there for nothing as only 1 person was working and doing their job. The manager came as i was leaving and asked if i been served (this is 40 minutes later). Other customers were also furious behind me He had a bad attitude and didn't care what was going on. The service i received from Edgars Sandton City is disgusting! In my whole hour i was there, i achieved nothing! I wasted my time being there! I left the store as i had to return to work!
