Service standards declining

I visited your Loraine gardens store looking for goodies for the braai on this sunny Sunday. I left my news paper and meat as there were no garlic loafs (french) for the braai. I went to the other store in Walker drive which is my store as it is the closest to home. Again there is no stock on this sunny day. I mean garlic loafs for braai! This branch's service is radically declining. During December i went to the branch 3 times where there is long queues and only 2/3 tills open at 17h. On enquiring why, the manager informed me that his staff also needs to take lunch. Thats your problem and not your clients, pnp. The last time i actually took a photo of it and when i discussed the issue with another manager, he was not even taking my complaint into consideration, but was going on about that i am not allowed to take pictures. There is 3 Spar stores in this vacinity, but i enjoy shopping at pnp. The management of (specifically walker drive) branch can learn alot from the surrounding spar managers, it seems. Hope there is improvemnt, as i will be back in the store as usual.
