Poor customer service at Toyota Umthatha Branch

I had previously been warned about the poor service at Toyota buffalo Motors in Umthatha. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and aquire their service, to an extent I had no choice because the nearest toyota is 3hrs away. I went in to the branch wanting programmed keys for my vvti hilux, I paid and waite about 4weeks for the to get the keys. Once the keys were delieiverd to the branch I noticed that they were hollow inside and the transponder was not with the keys. I asked for my money back and opted to tow the car to kokstad for the services, the manager at the Toyota in Umthatha convinced me that they would rectify the problem in no time. They order another set of keys with the transponder which took another month. The transponder finally arrived only to find out that the sales department had ordered the wrong keys once again. The vihecle is a company vihecle and is need in another province. Please assist urgently
