Never support a London Keys Branch!!!

Went to Bloemfontein Branch Preller square to fix my boots... Paid upfront waited there to get my boots back as i was wearing them, then the oak give me my shoes back over the counter in a wave action and spilled Leather ink all over my brand new sissy boy jean, GREAT R800 gone forever!!! Called the owner... worse service i had ever gotten... telling me straight he wont replace my jean... after complaining that he's personel is unprofesional and actually flirts with the women instore... I recommend that NO ONE EVER USE this store or from my opinion any LONDON KEYS branch i they dont have the profesionalism to sort out there bad reports or keep there customers happy... RATHER SAVE THAN SORRY!!! STAY AWAY!!!
