Very Irate about non-service delivery

Good day, I would like to express my extreme disatisfaction at the lack of service delivery from Fairprice Southgate value market. Ive been making payments to the fair price account for the past 2 years & purchased a plasma from the southgate branch. I had change of R500.00 & continued with payments of R350 into the account as i wanted to purchase a washing machine. After every payment, id fax the proof of payment to 011 942 5088 with ref no.132256. In Jan 2012 when i went to collect the machine, i was told that LG was experiencing problems & i'd be contacted as soon as they had stock available; never happened. I called the shop in December last year & spoke to Ebrahim who promised to follow up & give me feedback; never happened. He then said that the funds may be in a suspense account & i must contact my bank to trace it. FNB managed to trace the funds & confirmed that they were paid into the Fairprice account successfully. I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to reach Ebrahim but he never gets back to me after the FNB confirmation. I was promised a call back by May from head office yesterday, still no call back. Is lack of service your brand promise? Yolanda Sali 071119264
