Clicks
Poor Service

I went to Clicks Sanlam center Randburg to collect my repeats and was told my profile is deleted of the system, I spent more that an hour trying to get it sorted with the manager phoning knows who. They offered to give me the medication I normally collect but I have to give the names and the mg which wasn't easy as I take so much meds. I was then give meds that I remember and they both the manager and the Pharmacist promised to call me till now. I then phoned head office on 0860 254 257 to complain spoke to Ebrahim on the 10/10/2013 15:30 who also promised to get back to me till now. I phoned again on the 25/10/2013 spoke to Tasnym who said to me they only escalate to the complaints department and also instead of making a follow up just left to whoever who till now hasn't phoned me. She also said they claimed to have phoned and sms me and I never responded. I went to Clicks Southgate where I never had problems and was given the meds, the problem is I work in Randburg. I think Clicks is so arrogant because of lack of Pharmacies in this country. Now I've got a new scipt, and not sure where to take it.
