Funds not collected on my account after purchasing

I purchased 54 items on your online site on the 24th of August 2013. This is the order number 10639424167. I immediately received a payment notification for the amount on my cellphone, which i made over the cheque card payment method on your website. The status of that order has been appearing as submitted since then and has yet to change to processing. The amount that I paid is reserved on my account for Mr. Price to collect and has yet to be collected. I used the chat function to speak to a lady (I can't remember her name) on the 27th of August 2013, who told me that I should give it another day for the status to change. After 24 hours the status had still not changed. I contacted Mr Price again on the 28th August 2013 through the chat function and spoke to Cohut (CHutchinson) who assured me that he will contact the IT department to find answers for me and a way to resolve this issue. He promised to get back to me before the end of business day yesterday (28th August 2013). I'm disappointed to say this never happened and the status is still showing as submitted.

I would appreciated assistance in getting this resolved and making sure that get what I paid for in a speedy manner.
