Non Delivery

Good day,

I placed an order with Mr Price on-line on the 23rd and to date have not received delivery of my goods.

I would like my money paid back to me by close of business today.

The call centre claimed that the payment was late due to my bank differing to theirs.

The they claimed i have not made payment, i then sent through my Confirmation.

To That they responded that I put an incorrect order Number in my reference, I then referred them to the confirmation I had sent and they then saw that there was no error.

After having run out of excuses, they said that they are waiting for the relevant department to see if they could trace the funds.

Placing an On-line order with Mr Price, turned out to be a mistake, as I paid for goods which I never received.
