I opened an account end October (worst mistake ever) and was advised that my 01st payment is due in December. Mid December I got an sms stating my debit order rejected due to a technical error. I did not provide my debit order details but my account is to be debited how hilarious is that. Anyways, in January I get a call from a lady stating I need to make a payment to which I asked her to sms me the banking details so I can make an eft payment - this only happened a week later (exciting). I made the payment which was more than my instalment amount. I then sent an email to Spitz requesting for my statement of account which was also a delay until finally I recieved it and then the hit the fan. I was charged for a call reminding me of my overdue account as well as a legal letter that I still have not recieved. Yet I have to pay for this additional costs. Why the was I not notified of this in advance when I signed on the dotted lines. is this the service that Spitz provides by just doing their own things to a person account! Well I refuse to pay towards the call and letter. I then sent 4 emails yesterday and only got a response today which I am still not happy with!!!
