Do I have to be a dishonost Citizen!!!

I purchased a cellphone two years ago from one of edcon groups and insured the cellphone. I recently went to them as my phone was giving me problems, the phone stopped going on, the LCD is black cant see any wording on it, I don't know the cause of the damage and don't know whether it could have been water exposure, All I needed was for them to do the repairs and give me my phone back, i do not pay insurance for the fun of it, or else give me my money-back then i wont have to subscribe to their nonsense services, the cellphone is not the only issue i had funeral and accidental cover where I was advised that I qualify for R50000.00 cover later on the lady told me I that was not the case, First they want me to be a and secondly I'm delusional. So can I please have my phone fixed or my money refunded!!!
