Ryobi trimmer poor quality

Bought a Ryobi Petrol Trimmer in Jan 2012. Trimmer never works for more than a month or so. Have returned it 6 times for repairs in the last year! Every 2 months, the start-up string gets stuck and the machine has to be returned for repairs. Surely a product this problematic needs to be replaced instead of being constantly repaired until the warranty runs out?! Utterly dissappointed at the quality of Ryobi Petrol Trimmers and customer service. Will never buy Ryobi again.
