Grass trimmer not in stock but on sale pages

Saw a trimmer in the sale pages, went to the store he next day and the had no stock, I left my details and still had no call back. I was told that stock would arrive by 20/12/13, was also refered to tygervalley branch who also had no stock. I find it unacceptable and rude that no one called to even make an apology
