Lack of quality

I bought a pair of sandals from woolworths 2months ago for R225.00... For that ammout i expect the shoes to be of good quality and be durable! now the straps on the shoes look TERRIBLE as theres threads that are sticking out of it... it said Genuine leather on the shoes and from what i am seeing now, there is no such... please advise on how i can get this sorted out and get the value for my money!
