LUCKY PACKET SPECIAL

On 1 February I bought the Samsung 2000W vacuum cleaner because it was on special. The box had no indication of the size / type of Samsung. While testing the vacuum cleaner at home, I noticed that it is a 1600W vacuum cleaner. I thought it was my mistake.
I had to go back to Makro on another issue & while I was there, decided to check @ the vacuum cleaner dept. Low and behold, I was right. The sales person at the dept then told me it is a manufacturers fault because the boxes are not labeled properly. He told me to bring back the 1600W and collect the 2000W. I went back home and made another trip to Makro in Ottery. Enrico then told me he has sold the last machine. The display model was on the shelf but now had a sticker "SOLD BY ENRICO" - there was no sticker when i was there half an hour before. Enrico suggested I choose another vacuum cleaner. I wanted the one on promotion but he then told me the 1600W is a 'better model' anyway.
I feel cheated, misled and done in by Enrico. This promotion has been a lucky packet special. You think you buy one thing but it all depends on what's inside the box. Tough if you get the wrong model. :-(
