I bought a Russell Hobbs upright vacuum cleaner on Friday 17/1/2014 which we returned on
Saturday 18/1/2014 due to parts missing. Shameer said he would get one from Bayside branch and
let me know when it was in. During the course of the week Monday 20th until today Saturday 25th I phoned
them to find out when it would arrive and on Thursday Shameer said he would send a driver out on
Friday morning to collect the vacuum cleaner. Friday came and gone with no joy. Saturday morning 25th I phoned Shameer at 9h15 to find out if they have received it and was told that the driver did not make his
turn to collect it from Bayside branch. They said they would collect it today (Saturday) and keep me
informed.
I think this is a sad day for an organization of that magnitude.
