Last Tuesday i walked into this store, the staff were all gathered at the cellular stand. one lady was busy with the only client in the store at the time by the entrance pay point. i stood in store for 10mins with staff looking at me and not coming closer to help me at all. a white gentlemen just entered the door and the staff ran to help him. guess what he bought nothing!
i waited for the lovely African lady that always helps me to return from lunch and she sold me a watch and a sale ring. she always gives perfect service. as for the rest of the staff, your own people do have money also. i pay cash i dont do accounts. disgusting customer service. shame on you!
