Complaint with Woolworths not recognised

Wrote the below letter to Woolworths on the 8th of Jan to receive a reply on the 9th of Jan that the complaint has been sent to the Customer Service Department who will be in touch with me. No response received and resent my e-mail on the 3rd of February. Still no response although an automated read receipt notification has been received.

Dear Woolworths,

As an avid supporter would I like to bring your attention to a very unfortunate incident.

I purchased a tray of eggs from one of your stores in December, to take with us on holiday.

When I opened these eggs to cook them for breakfast one morning, the most ghastly sight awaited me i.e. the beginning stages of a little chick was within one of the eggs.

I have attached photos for you to view but was not going to bring these back with me to show you in person.

Of course all my family and friends were completely shocked that this came from Woolworths as I am always one of your biggest ambassadors.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me and look forward to your response.
