I never get my letters

I'm not a naggin complainer honestly but. The thing is that clicks never actually gives me my mail altho my sister gets hers regularly. I only got 1 letter from clicks this year in may which I was meant 2 get in febuary. I got an sms in december from clicks saying I should print out my clicks club card points I'm 2 busy 2 still have 2 go 2 an internet 2 print out points its inconvenient really! I jst want wateva mail I was 2 get plz. I also wouldn't mind gettin back a gold card I had b4 but ws lost wn I got robbed.anyways I jst want wateva mail I must get 4rm clicks thanx
