Perfect 10 Menlyn has the worst Customer service!

On Saturday 12 January 2013 I arrived on time for my appointment at Perfect 10. My appoint was made on the day prior Tanya did the booking with Dudu. On arrival I stood and waited for anybody to assit me in the region of five minutes. Some of the technicians was chatting away with no clients bur nobody greeted or askednif they could assist.n TAnya ignored me for some time. Before she served me. Once i did get to announce my arrival I was told that Dudu did not arrive for work and i needed to wait for her until 11:30am when she will be in from the Dr. I asked Tanya if the phined me to cancel my appointmment she said they did not. i mentioned that this is very bad services and that i made arrangements to be on time. She then just ignored me and carried on. She then said when would you like to come in again. Which was not the point seeing that I was booked with Dudu on this day at this time. NI then asked her for the owners number. She said I should speak with Refilwe who had an even worse attitude and saidnshe would not give me the number. i insisted to speak to the owner. I was then given the number the remarks that was made was shocking infront of other clientele.
