We recently made use of the services of Ace Cleaners to clean and scotchguard our lounge suite and cushions. This was on a Saturday morning 16 Nov. These cushions were eventually spread out on our garden table and chairs to dry after the cleaning. In the afternoon, after dried off, we noticed more stains than before. It also seemed that the dirt/dust accumulated at the ribbon on the sides of some of the cushions. We phoned Tanya the following week. She did not show any interest in listening to the complaint but said that she will get Charles, who cleaned the cushions, to call back. We had to follow up on Charles' call. Tanya, not friendly at all, said that Charles will phone us when he has the time and she hang up. We phoned again and asked for Charles' number. She fortunately gave us his number. We had to follow him up a few times and eventually came to redo the cushions. Some of the stains could still not be removed. We called Tanya on 2 Dec and immediately went into an attack mode without listening what I had to say. She said she had someone on the other line and hang up. We have paid extra for the scotchguard but we doubt whether it was done. As per inv it is guarenteed for 12 mths.
