Purchased a voucher on deal click for carpet steam cleaning from Dream Clean. Confirmed telephonically and via email on 29/08/2012 and 30/08/2013 for the services to be provided on Tuesday 03/09/2013. Tanya made a mistake in making the booking for 30/08/2013 and after a telephonic discussion corrected it to 03/09/2013.. On 03/09/2013 the service team was to arrive between 10:30 - 12:30. At 13:30pm I called Tanya to find out why the team had not yet arrived and she said she had scheduled our services for Wednesday 04/09/2013. I explicitly stated that I required the services on 03/09/2013 and not 04/09/2013. Tanya then began to shout at me stating that people make mistakes. She then said her team could come later that day (03/09/2013) at 3pm - which was inconvenient as I had arranged for someone to be home during the expected time and not at 3pm which meant I had to leave work early due to Tanya's error. I then asked her to please email me this confirmation or send me an sms but she said her phone and email were not working. 30mins later Tanya emails me to say she has no record of the booking for 03/09/2013 and I then forwarded her her own email which confirmed 03/09/2013.
