Bad Attitude

On Monday, my wife placed an order for two Mexican vegetarian pizzas at Scooters in Stanger, She spoke to a lady by the name of Dudu Dladla and requested they deliver. The pizzas was then delivered to my home, we found it was the incorrect order. My wife then called Dudu and requested that she arrange for the correct one to be delivered. Dudu very rudely refused and argued with my wife about the order and cost of the amendment. Dudu abruptly refused to amend the order until my wife asked to speak to the manager. Dudu then agreed to amend the order and re-deliver the pizza. The delivery guy Preetham was witness to when the order was placed and bared witness to the arrogance of Dudu. A 30 minute order become a 1 hour order, with absolutely poor service. Being a regular customer of scooter, I find the arrogance of Dudu totally unacceptable. This is not the 1st time it has happened. On the previous occurrence, chicken pizza was delivered instead of Vegetarian. I however, did not complain about it, as it thought it was a genuine mistake. Now that these mistakes are happening more often, I think they need to be addressed urgently. Order No 33, Invoice No 34596, 15 October 2013
