Hi,

First time shopping on Zando and the experience was perfect up until now.
Order number is : 200819352 and i immediately went to the bank the following day to do a cash deposit and e-mailed them the proof of payment. I didn't receive any confirmation and when i called them, they said they opened the document and it's confirmed and they forwarded it to the finance department.

Regardless to say, they still telling me i haven't payed and it's ridiculous that they i am unable to contact them on a Saturday. Kalahari BidorBuy's call centres are more professional.
