Second and final complaint. No more Zando

I think I have come to the realization that service at Zando will never exist. At least not for me. After logging my prior complaint with Hallo Peter at least some items got delivered in drips and drabs. Now almost 2 months later my order Order number: 200599652, is still a n show.

The call center promised to call me back on all 4 times I had to call in for feedback. To date NO FEEDBACK.

I leave the cash with my helper daily as its cash on delivery. No pants and no feedback. Should I ever recieve my pants I would be grateful. But either way Zando will never get a order from me again. Sad thing is I spent quite a bit of money on Zando and I absolutely enjoy and support the concept. To bad the service beyond poor.
