I have order shoes at Zando on 24 of July 2013 and payment on the same day, On the payment i have errorsly inputted the wrong refence number. on the 25 of July 2013 i forwarded the Proof of payment to email address ( [Email Removed] and I spoke to Call Centre Agent and I was advise that the proof of payment will be forwarded to Finance department. I have been calling them everyday with nothing been done. On the 1st of August out of frustration I asked them to cancel the order and now they telling the will refund me after 5 working. It was my first ordering from and definitely my last time. The service is appalling.
